IS POLITICAL SCIENCE A SCIENCE?

In article its difference from natural knowledge is about features political and in general humanitarian knowledge. It is shown that it is inseparably linked with recognition of objectivity and absoluteness of truth. The political science, according to the author, can't define the policy purposes, methods of its achievement and to expect the future. The politological knowledge is that only on a research method that doesn't speak about not scientific political science. The political science has the main impact on political culture of society.

ON THE QUESTION OF POLITICAL CULTURE OF AN INDIVIDUAL

The article attempts to describe the nature, structure and functions of political culture of an individual, his/her psycho-political, moral and political, social and artistic qualities. Particular attention is paid to the structure and characteristics of moral and political properties that determine political behavior and political activity of an individual. The article names and specifies basic forms of political participation of a person in the life of a society.

FORMATION OF LEGAL CONSCIOUSNESS AS THE MAIN DIRECTION FOR OVERCOMING LEGAL NIHILISM

The article considers the formation of legal consciousness as the main direction for overcoming legal nihilism. Reasons of legal nihilism are constantly present in each society and for each period of its development have their own specific character. Legal nihilism has many reasons. It arises, in particular, as a consequence of the imperfection of the legal norms and law enforcement practice by the bodies of state power.

IMPACT ON TERRORISM AND EXTREMISM CONTENTIOUS NORTH CAUCASUS REGION

The author examines the problems of ethno-political stability, extremism and terrorism, in particular in the North Caucasus. The author draws attention to the fact that in modern conditions the special importance in the development of the domestic political situation in the North Caucasus region has gained a factor of ethnic territory. The boundaries created in the Soviet period, is now strictly protected, becoming one of the key attributes of ethnic identity and, consequently, a possible cause of inter-ethnic conflict in the region.

HOW TO MAKE RUSSIA CROWDED?

The author describes the differences between the distribution and accumulation pension system. He talks about their shortcomings, as well as why the Pension Fund of Russia will always be unprofitable and why it can cause the collapse of the economy and the state. The current pension system is the root of low birth rates in the country. The author introduces the new concept of "transit" or "family pension system", which should cause the withdrawal of Russia's demographic crisis, to save the economy, improve social relations. By the grace of God, Russia has all chances to become economically successful spiritually developed country with a multi-billion population.

MACEDONIAN NATIONALISM OF THE 2000s: BETWEEN THE IDEALS OF CIVIC NATION AND ETHNIZATION

Macedonian nationalism in the 2000s developed as the ideology with political and ethnic dimensions. The supporters and theorists of political nationalism actualized and promoted concept of Macedonian civic nation. Proponents of the opposition viewpoint proposed other version of Macedonian identity, based on the principles and values of ethnicity, blood and language. A history become an important factor in these nationalist debates and discussions. Modern nationalism in Macedonia continues to evolve as simultaneous coexistence of ethnic and civic trends.

GENESIS OF THE "SOFT POWER" CONCEPT AND INTERPRETATION OF ITS MAIN PROVISIONS

The article is devoted to the concept of "soft power" put forward by Joseph Nye Jr., an American political scientist. Based on the analysis of works by Joseph Nye Jr., the author describes the genesis of the concept, gives an interpretation of its fundamental provisions and sets out its five key features.
