Vadim Vitaluyevich Gaiduk, DS(political sciences), PhD(law), head of the chair of politology, Bashkir State University.

From October 1996 to November 2007, he worked in Bashkir Presidential Academy of Civil Service and Management (head of the HR department, head of the civil service and HR policy department, head of the civil and municipal service department, head of the center for the research of management and civil service issues).

From September 2008 to September 2011, he was professor at the chair of state law of the Law School of the Bashkir State University.

From September 2011 to June 2013, he was head of the chair of history of state and law and constitutional law of the Bashkir Institute of Social technologies, branch of the Academy of Labor and Social Relation.

From July 2013 up to present time, head of the chair of politology, Bashkir State University.

For more than 15 years he has been engaged in the field of academic research and education. He delivers the following courses of lectures: constitutional law of the Russian Federation, administrative law, civil service, politology, Russian political process, political management, national and federative relations, federative state.

He is the author of more than 100 academic publications on the issues of state building and law, national, federative and international relations, political regionalistics and ethnopolitics, administrative reform, civil and municipal service, and HR, including such books and monographs as: “Federative state: constitutional and legal regulation of relations between the Russian Federation and its subjects” (2004), “Russian federative state: issues of theory and practice” (2008), “The institute of federalism: theoretic issues” (2008 ), “Globalization and federalism” (2010), “Putin’s Russia: between unitarism and federalism” (2011 г.), “Presidential elections in Russia: unsubstantiated fear of war or reality?” (2012), “Horsemen of the Apocalypse: Russia 2012” (2012).
