THE PRAGMATIC MODEL OF RUSSIAN-KIRGHIZ RELATIONS IN THE CONTEXT OF EURASIAN INTEGRATION
The article is devoted to the consideration of the modern model of interstate relations between Russia and Kyrgyzstan. The asymmetry of this model is shown it is substantiated by the fact that Eurasian integration presents a foreign policy priority more for the Russian Federation, which considers the latter as the strategic goal of establishing a multipolar world. The Kyrgyz Republic shapes its policy on the multi-vector principle and therefore considers the integration project as one of the tools for achieving economic interests and a means of ensuring development. The author concludes that the main point of this integration project for Kyrgyzstan is a pragmatic solution of social problems with the assistance of the Russian Federation and other members of the EAEU. In turn, the pragmatism of this model for Russia is to strengthen its strategic presence in the Central Asian region and its authority in the international arena as a whole. In the future, not only a common historical past, economic, military-political and humanitarian ties, but also joint participation in the formation of a new world order will become the dominant factor in strengthening Russian-Kyrgyz relations.

THE ROLE OF RUSSIAN FEDERATION IN THE PREVENTING OF INTER-TAJIK CONFLICT
Russian peace-keeping activity was one element in a range of contradictory and often dangerous policies and activities in armed conflicts on Russia’s borders in the post-Soviet period. Russia, from the beginning, was deeply involved in all these conflicts both in a political sense, because of the desire of autonomous regions or Russian minorities within other post-Soviet republics to join the Russian Federation, and in a material sense, because of the supply of Russian arms and mercenaries and even the involvement of regular Russian units in these conflicts following the collapse of the Soviet military machine. Moreover, the conflicts threatened Russia’s own security.

EUROPEAN MIGRATION CRISIS ON THE EXAMPLE OF SPAIN
In the article it is analyzed reasons for the sharp increase in mass resettlement of refugees in the European Union on the example of Spain. This aspect is considered in detail from the economic, political and geopolitical points of view. The role of Spain is evaluated in the context of migration settlement.
The aim of the article is to identify the root causes of the increased role of the European migration crisis and to analyze the role of Spain in this process.
The tasks of the article are to identify the interests of the EU and specifically Spain in the migration crisis, as well as to follow the dynamics of the development of mass overpopulation of refugees since 2015.
According to the results of the analysis of various scientific works, articles, which are devoted to the European migration crisis, a synthesis was conducted, on the basis of which the reasons for the massive overpopulation of refugees in the EU and the increased role of Spain as the current leader in migrant receiving were identified.
Based on the research one should underscore that a number of such factors as destabilizing the situation in the regions of the Middle East and the demographic explosion in Africa and the Middle East, which exceeded the capacity of the economies of these countries to provide employment, triggered the exacerbation of the influx of refugees. From the undertaken research one comes to the conclusion that, Spain has recently taken on the increased role of receiving migrants and is trying not to stop providing new visitors from Africa and the Middle East with such opportunities as residence and documents for employment. Despite this, Spain needs financial support from the EU, since due to a change in the route of the influx of refugees, the entire burden falls on this state.
Key words: migration, European Union, Spain, refugees, illegal immigrants, migration crisis.
